Mute Records have announced the second batch of Throbbing Gristle reissues, following on from last year’s new editions of The Second Annual Report, 20 Jazz Funk Greats and the compilation The Taste of TG.

The three new albums are all live recordings from 1980 – 81 – Heathen Earth (recorded I front of a small audience in a studio setting), Mission of Dead Souls (recorded in San Francisco) and Journey Through a Body (recorded in Rome as a piece of ‘radio art’).

As before, the albums will be issued in facsimile packaging on coloured vinyl, with digital download codes that include exclusive additional material.

Heathen Earth comes on blue vinyl, with an eight page booklet; Mission of Dead Souls comes on white vinyl and Journey Through a Body is on silver vinyl. All three will also be issued on CD.
