As promised, here is the second of our compilations of cult movie trailers from the glory days of British horror and (s)exploitation cinema – another 69 minutes of the finest film previews, taking in a variety of classic (and not-so-classic) titles.
This time, we’re going from oddball Amicus titles like Scream and Scream Again, through outrageous Brit sleaze, eccentric science fiction, a fistful of Pete Walker, sex comedies (and sex dramas like Her Private Hell), lecherous alien invaders, folk horror favourites, eccentric movies from mavericks like Antony Balch and a world of prehistoric monsters. You’ll be glad to hear that we’ve done our best to give this a coherent flow rather than simply throwing random trailers together. Obviously, the quality varies from clip to clip, so bear that in mind.
It’s all good, clean fun – if there is sufficient demand, we might post a subscriber-only collection of the more lurid Britsploitation trailers from our collection at a later date. Before that point, there is still one volume to go – like all good film series, our Britsploitation trailer series is a trilogy (before being rebooted, of course). Look out for the third and final installment next week.
If you are enjoying these collections, feel free to suggest other themed compilations – we have a lot of trailers, many still awaiting digital transfer. This is just a small part of our VHS archive that we are slowly digitising – so stay tuned for more lost obscurities in the coming months. We have endless forgotten documentaries, strange TV clips, eccentric music videos and hysterical news reports from the 1980s and 1990s, all of which needs preserving and sharing.
As ever, we encourage you to pop over to YouTube and like, subscribe, comment and watch our other videos – we’re on a belated mission to grow that channel but it is a slow process. Every bit of support helps.

Bloody hell….I miss those days. But some absolute corkers there!
The Corruption trailer is amazing. That rapid fire editing…It would be a perfect double bill with House Of Whipcord I think. And the trailer for Zeta One actually makes it look worth seeing!
They knew how to sell a picture back then…even if it was awful…like Zeta One…
Au Pair Girls is good…Ideally paired with Escort Girls (1974)…as it might have been…not sure.
Anyway…can’t wait for the 3rd trailer reel!
